Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days of the order confirmation. We offer shipping to various locations as indicated on our website. There are no shipping charges in most of the regions in India. Although minimum shipping charges may be applicable depending on the region.
Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns: We accept returns within 72 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customised sarees and sale items are non-returnable.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our sarees and the use of natural dyes, slight variations in colour, weave, and texture may occur. These variations are not considered defects but are inherent to the handmade process.
